- Siapkan panci yg sudah di isi air panas banyak dan masukkan lontong sampai benar2 terendam air panas,,masak lontong minimal 3 jam kalau air sudah mulai menyusut bisa di tambah lagi dengan air panas jangan sampai air kehabisan buntik,,apabila ingin menghasilkan lontong pulen dan tahan lama bisa di masak lebih dari 3 jam buntik bisa 4-5 jam punya saya tahan sampai 5 hari buntik di simpan di kulkas
