  1. Defrost ur half done seekh kabab (I made seekh kabab, when it’s half done freeze it for later use) - For this recipe ur seekh kabab must be at room temperature
  2. Heat oil, add onion fry until golden brown
  3. Add blended tomatoes with all seasoning & salt, bhonofy and cover for couple of minutes (soon oil on top)
  4. Then add kabab with lil water, cover & cook on medium to slow heat (Jst like dam dyna) don’t stir spoon add this point else ur kabab broken
  5. Soon all kabab suck all water, and masala is lil wet. At this point turn off flame, add qasuri meethi, garam masla & lemon juice
  6. Before serving garnish with julienne cut ginger, fresh coriander, mint & green chilies - Tadda - Enjoy
