- Take 1/2 kg Chopped tomato –
- Use 3 ..namak

- Take 6 Green chillies –

- You need 1 tbsp Red crushed chilli –
- Take sabut khatai (30 mnt pani me bhigoden)
- Provide 1 Lemon –
- Prepare sabut lal mirch
- Take 1 tsp Black pepper –
- Use Lehsan ke jawe
- Prepare 1 tbsp Cumin seeds –
- Take namak
- Get zeera
- Use 1 tbsp Dry coriander –
- Use podeena
- You need Ginger flaks – as required
- You need (Cumin seeds, dry coriander and black pepper, fried and grind)
Steps to make Afghani karahi:
- Take a wok and heat up ghee, then fry chicken and take it out of the ghee.
- Or taqreeban 2 ghanty tak dakh kar rkhen.

- Take another pan or wok, add chopped tomato and cook until soft
- Then add in tomatos, salt, ginger garlic paste, red crushed chilli and whole green chillies and fry well
- Baqi besan se 100 gm besan me b nmak or 1tsp soda dal kar. Clour b add karein or paste bnalen or pehle besan ki trha rkhen
- Now add fried chicken, grind masala and ghee (which we used in chicken while frying) mix well and cover.
- Baqi 50 gm besan ko nmak or halka sa clour mila kar or thori bareek piyaz dal kar kafi head. Dough bnalen
- Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

- When done, squeeze lemon juice and serve with ginger flakes.
