- Get 5-6 Palak leaves

Instructions to make Pakora platter:
- For baisan batter :Add 2cup of baisan in a bowl then add 1tsp of red chilli flakes, bhuna masala 1/2tbsp,1tsp salt, 1/4tsp baking soda… Add water and and mix make a thick paste and left for 15 to 20 min…
- For baingan pakorai take 1baingan make slices of it and then add 1/2tsp of red chilli powder 1/4tsp of chat masala and pinch of salt apply it and left for 5 min then dip in baisan mixture properly coat it
- Add it in karhai and deep fry until golden brown…
- For Allu pakorai Peel and wash 2 potatoes and cut thin round slices out of it dip it in the baisan batter and and deep fry until golden brown..
- For mix pakorai cut round slices of onion, chop 1green chillies, 2tbsp chopped mint and 2tbsp of chopped corriender and thin jullion cut potatoes add them in baisan batter and mix then add the batter in wok and deep fry until golden brown..
- Then for green chilli pakorai cut the green chillies from middle then make a mixture of 1/4tsp of chat masala 1/4tsp of salt and 1tsp of lemon juice and fill it in the green chillies now dip them in baisan batter properly
- Then deep fry until golden brown
- Then for palak pakoras take 6 palak leaves and dip them in baisan batter and deep fry..
- Then serve with green and immli chutney…
