  1. In a wok add ghee let it melt. Then add onion and fry until transculent. Then add mutton mix boti and gunger garlic paste and fry it for 3 to 4 minutes until changes colour then add salt,cumin, coriander and mix well. Then add water and mix bring it to boil, cover and cook it on medium to low flame until meat it tender. Approx 1 hour.
