  4. Gosht ka colour change ho jaye to dahi mea mix masala dal kar 7 minutes bhun lein or 1 glass pani dal kar gosht galne tak pakayen
  5. Jab mutton gal jaye or pani dry ho jayen to fry tomato dal kar medium heat par 5 minutes bhun lein
  6. Ab is me black pepper or garam masla dal kar 2 minutes mix karen or half dhania half mirch or half adrak dal kar 5 minutes dam par rakh kar chulha band kar de
  7. Serving dish me nikal kar dhania mirch or adrak se garnish karen mazedar karahi garam garem naan or salad raite ke sath serve karen
