- In a wok add oil and set flame low to medium and add in the kaleji…..stir fry for few min until it changes it's colour then add garlic and continuously stir fry for more few min till aroma comes….
- Now add tomatoes salt.. crushed red chillies…haldi powder and vinegar and cook on low flame for 15 to 20 min… don't need to add water and don't overcook…it will be hard or Chewy…..
- When it will be tender then add all remaining ingredients and stir fry for more few minute…..then turn off the stove……U will love the taste then garnish with fresh coriander……
