- Mutton is boiled with salt
- Shallow fry mutton till it changes it's colour remove and keep aside. In same pan fry onions till golden. Add ginger garlic paste fry for a min. Add tomatoes cook on fast for 3 mins then cover and cook on slow till mashy.
- Add all powder masala mutton stock dahi and mutton cook till semi dry. Add fresh cream kotmir kasuri methi mix well cook and serve hot.
