- For marination, mix hung curd and all the spices. Keep aside.
- Cut paneer, capsicum into cubes, remove the potato skin. And prepare rest of the veggies accordingly for marination.
- Now gradually mix veggies in the marinate. Very carefully, not crushing planneer or potatoes. Give it a rest of at least 1 hour.
- After an hour, Grease a non stick pan with oil and roast all the veggies.
- In another pan, add oil/butter, add jeera, asofatida and onions.
- Saute it and add tomatoes and cook till both the things come together. If needed to may blend it into blender once tomatoes become soft.
- Now add all the spices and salt.
- Cover and cook for 5-15 mins, till the oil ozzes out. Add water if required.
- Adjust the consistency of the gravy and just before serving add All the veggies and paneer.
