- Take a pan and pour gram flour in it. Then in this add salt, red chilli powder, saunf, ajwain, sabut dhaniya, dried pudina and baking soda, pour some water to make a thick flowing consistency batter and keep it aside
- Take a frying pan put some oil. Add jeera, rai and then finely chopped onions. Fry onions for 2-3 minutes then add boiled and mashed potatoes, green chilli mix well. Add dry masala:: salt pepper, dhaniya powder, haldi and mix well
- Take two pieces of bread. Spread some green chutney on one and some tomato sauce to the other one. After that put potato masala on bread and make it like a sandwich. You can eat this like sandwich by shallow frying it on a tawa or you can now cut this in a triangle shape and dip it in the gram flour batter and deep fry it in hot oil on medium flame
- Or if you want to go on a healthy side you can make this in sandwich maker with less oil
- Fir aaloo badas make small roundels of potato masala and dip them in besan ghol and then deep fry them. Your aaloo badas are ready to eat with sauces and free chutney or you can make famous vada paav also by using paav
