Steps to make Stuffed Paneer Tikka Masala:
  1. In a frying pan take 4 tsp oil and add onion, tomatoes and cashew.
  2. Cook for 10 min in low flame.
  3. When tomatoes and onions soften, switch off the flame. Let the mixture become warm and cool down completely before you grind.
  4. Add cooked tomatoes, onion and cashew, kashuri methi, dry coconut and peanuts mixture with the water. Grind to a smooth paste.
  5. Stuffing paneer sandwich
  6. In a bowl add boiled potatoes, kashuri methi, salt, haldi powder, cashew, raisins, chat masala, green chilli, ginger and garlic paste and chopped coriander.
  7. Mix it well
  8. Slice the paneer
  9. Now place some of the stuffing on the paneer. Cover it with another slice.
  10. Make all paneer sandwiches with the filling this way.
  11. In a same pan add oil and shallow fry stuffed paneer. Cook for both side.
  12. In a pan add oil, jeera and hing.
  13. Now add green chilli, ginger and garlic paste. Stir and sauté till raw aroma of ginger garlic goes away
  14. Now add onion, tomatoes paste. Cook for 10 min in low flame.
  15. Add all dry masala and cook for 1 to 2 min.
  16. Then add 1/2 cup of water. Stir very well. Cover it and cook for another 5 min.
  17. Then add cream and cook for 1 min. Gravy is ready.
  18. Now you can place the paneer in the garvy. Or else you can place them in a serving plate or bowl and pour the gravy from top as shown in the final pic.
  19. Finished with chopped coriander.
  20. Serve with roti, chapati, partha and pulao.
