  2. Take Bowl and put grated paneer in it, add blanched spinach and all the spices(red chilli powder, garam masala, salt to taste)
  3. Add besan or corn flour for binding the balls, take small portion of mixture and make small balls out of mixture
  4. Heat oil in deep pan on medium flame and fry balls slowly into it
  5. Make puree with little water
  6. Take kadai put oil and 1 tbsp butter add jeera and hing, add puree and all spices
  7. Add little water and bring it to boil add Kasuri methi and fried palak paneer balls cook for 2 minutes
