- Take 2 tbsps Ragi flour Sprouted - (Can also use the regular ragi flour)
- Take 1 cup Water -
- You need Salt - as needed
- Get 3 - 4 tbsps Curd - (beaten well)
- Take 3 - 4 onions (halved) Small -
- Provide 1/2 Green chillies (finely chopped; Optional) -
Instructions to make Ragi Savory Porridge / Ragi koozh:
- Mix ragi flour with water in a thick bottomed pan. Ensure there are no lumps.
- Keep the pan in medium flame and stir continuously
- After 3-4 minutes, it will start to thicken. Keep stirring in low flame. Add the required salt.
- Once the water is evaporated and the porridge has thickened nicely, switch off the flame.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes
- Add the beaten curd, small onions and green chillies. Mix well and serve.
