  3. Get 500 gms Yogurt
  4. Provide 2 Tsp Salt
  5. You need 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder

  7. Use 1 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  8. Use 8-9 Cups Water
  9. Get 2-3 Fresh Green Chillies

  11. Get 1/2 Potatoes Small Strips
  12. Use 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste

  14. Prepare 1 1/2 Cup Gram Flour
  15. You need 1 1/2 Tsp Salt (as required)
  16. You need 1 Onion Sliced
  17. You need 1 Potato Sliced
  18. Take 4 Tbs Fresh Green Coriander roughly chopped
  19. Provide 2 Fresh Green Chillies chopped
  20. You need 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  21. You need 2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  22. Get 4 Tbs Lemon Juice
  23. Provide 1 Tbs White Vinegar
  24. Use 1/2 Tsb Chaat Masala
  25. Provide 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  26. You need Oil for frying
  27. Provide For Tarka:
  28. Get 1/8 Cup Oil
  29. Provide 1 Tbs Cumin Seeds
  30. Take 10-14 Fresh Curry Leaves(i didn't find them so couldn't use)
  31. Prepare 4-5 Red Button Chlillies
Steps to make Karhi Pakora:
  1. In a bowl add yogurt & gram flour and whisk is with hand blender till there is no lumps.
  2. In a pan add 2-3 Tbs oil and cook onions until changed it's colour, then add ginger garlic paste, stir.
  3. Add gram flour mixture with dry spices, stir and let it boil. Cook it on low heat at least for 1 hr and stir occasionally.
  4. It will reduce almost half and also thick. Turn off the heat it's ready.
  5. All pakoras ingredients put in a bowl and mix it well with water, beat it well with spoon. Better shouldn't be thick or runny, leave it for aprox 15 minutes. Fry them on a medium heat until golden brown. Fry all pakoras in this oil, take them out and immedietely add these in Karhi.
  6. For tarka, in a frying pan add all tarka ingredients and cook till cumin seeds changes it's colours, be careful not to burn it. Add in karhi pakora gravy. Serve hot with white rice.
