  2. Take 1/2 cup mint leaves

  1. Wash rice and soak in water
  2. Wash coriander leaves, mint leaves nicely. And grind it with green chillies and ginger you can also add garlic if you like.
  3. Chopped all the veggies in dice
  4. Heat ghee in kadhai add caraway seeds, cinnamon, bay leaf, cloves in it.
  5. Add all the veggies and saute it, add mint paste in it now saute it together,add salt and turmeric,garam masala in it.
  6. Add 3 - 3 1/2 cups water in it when water started boiling add soaked rice in it. And cover it let it cook. Add fennel seeds mix it and again cook it. Add lemon juice
  7. Serve hot with cucumber or onion raita
