- Boil water add salt..pepper powder..ginger..off the flame and add sooji..Mix it properly..cover it for 5 min..make dough..don't let it cool..make lemon size balls..
- Now steam it in a steamer for min 10 min….
- For the tempering….. - Heat oil..add add mustard seeds..cumin seeds,methi..green chilli..curry leaves..haldi and chilli powder..Sambhar masala…dry coconut…Hing..don't let it burn..add the balls and 1tsp of water mix well and let it on flame for 5 min in low flame..add lemon juice…Garnish with fresh coriander.
