- Provide 1/2 kg Onion -

- In a bowl mix the chicken salt,chilli powder,coriander powder and garam masala and keep for 1 hour
- In a pan add oil and the add mustard seeds then add 1 onion sliced and 6 tsp ginger garlic chopped and green chillies.
- In a mixer add the beetroot, tomato and half onion and grind well add this to the pan and saute well.
- To this mix add the mantinated chicken and cook under low flame.add some water and when the gravy thickens and chicken becomes soft switch off the flame and garnish with curry leaves.serve hot
