- Merination:Cut Paneer and Capsicum in small pieces, add turmeric, chilli and coriander powder, dry mango powder, garam masala and 1tsp melted butter, curd is option if you wish 1tsp.Let them rest for around 20mins.
- For Gravy:Grind Tomatoes, onions into a thick paste. Now heat 2tsp oil in a pan add some Cumin seeds and then pour the gravy, ginger garlic and chilli paste, add all the spices and give a nice boil lastly add fresh cream and Kasuri methi.
- Roll a pizza dough in a medium thin roti and prink it with a fork and them semi roast the roti in a tawa and them cool down.
- Assemble Pizza :Take a pizza base, apply some butter and then apply the gravy on the top of it then grate some Mozzarella cheese surrounding the pizza and add some marinated paneer and Capsicum and now keep the pizza in a non-stick pan or oven for baking around 10-12 mins.Now ready to eat yumm yumm
