- Once d meat is done and d stock reduced, add ur Ogbonor, crayfish, dry pepper and onions and allow to cook for 3 mins.
- Add ur washed Bitterleaf and taste for salt and correct accordingly.
- If ur soup is too thick, add a little water.
- Ur soup is ready.
- Bring water to a boil, and pour in a bowl, begin to add d garri gradually and leave to sit for 5-10mins. With a wooden spatula,turn ur Garri.
