- Prepare 250 gm okra /bhindi/ladyfinger
- Take 4 tbsp gram flour
- You need 2 tbsp rice flour

- Wash & Slit the okra thinly & remove the seeds.
- Add 1 tsp (or as per your tatse)of each masala into it along with gram flour and rice flour. Mix well & then add a tbsp of water. Agin mix well to ensure even coating.
- Heat up oil for deep frying of bhindi or okra. Fry it on a high flame till it gets crispy. Remove from oil on a kitchen paper.
- For making the chaat, assemble the kurkuri bhindi with chutneys and beaten curds. Top it with some sev. Enjoy
