- Then add grated coconut and cashews.Keep this in medium flame and boil till water evaporates and mixture becomes soft.Don't evaporate completely as it makes mixture hard.
- Then add powders and mix well.Keep this aside for cooling.
- For making kozhukattai take lemon size dough flatten the dough and keep 1_2tsp filling and seal the sides and make it in round shape.Make all kozhukkatta like this.
