  11. Carefully remove bowls from pan. Eggs can be served from ramiken/rice bowl or transfered to a dish that is not hot.
  12. Note: Sake Chazuke is a Japanese seasoning for rice soup, of which there are different flavor profiles. This dish can be made using any seasoning you prefer. Experiment.
