- Get 1 Packet bread slices
- Provide 1/4 Cup Onion Finely Chopped

- In a bowl, add chopped capsicum, onion, fresh coriander, grated paneer, cheese and tomatoes after removing it's seeds.

- In a bowl, add butter, 2 tablespoons grated cheese, mayonnaise and 1 1/2 tablespoon tomato ketchup. Give it a good mix. Sauce is ready.

- Keep aside half of the round shaped bread and cut smaller rings out of rest of the round bread, we will use round bread as base and rings on the top of round bread.
- Now spread some sauce that we made on the round bread slices, put a ring on top of each bread slice and make sure the rings stick to the round bottom bread slice properly.
- Add filling in the center. Brush some butter on discs. Sprinkle some red chilli flakes.
- Place all the discs in a greased plate. Now preheat a cooker for 15 minutes. Don't forget to remove the gasket and whistle.
- Place the plate in preheated cooker and cook it for 10 minutes on low flame.
- Pizza Discs are ready to serve.
- You can use some cheese on the disc as I used in two discs. You can also add some pizza sauce if you want.
