- Marinate the chicken with onion and ginger garlic paste…add salt and 2 tsp refined oil in it..add chopped green chilies…and keep it for at least 1 hours..
- Heat ghee in a pan.add bay leaves whole dry red chilli and whole black pepper corn..
- Add marinated chicken in it.stir it.
- Cook it for 8 to 9 minutes till the raw flavour is gone.
- Beat the yogurt with 1/2 cup water or less than half cup water with sugar and salt. add it in the chicken.
- Add onion rings and cashew nut and poppy seeds paste with little water.
- Cover the the chicken with a lid.
- Cook it in low flame till the oil separates from chicken..
- Serve hot with boiled rice or nan.
