- Take a sprouted green moong beans and white peas cook in a pressure cooker with salt cook for 3 to 4 whistle.
- After boiled sprouted heat 2tbsp oil in a pan add muster seeds, cumin seeds and punch if hing, saute for a minute, add chopped onions ginger garlic paste, and dry coconut slices and fry for 5 minutes. grind in a mixer jar dry coconut,onion, ginger, garlic make a fine paste.
- Add tomatoes puree,and grinded masala paste turmeric powder,red chilli powder, misal masala, Kashmiri lal, salt as per taste cook for 3,4 minutes in medium flame after that pour it over cooked sprouted beans and peas, add hot water as per requirement and cook for 6,7 minutes medium flame sprinkle some Coriander leaves.
