  1. Pluck the leaves from stem. Rinse well and drain excess water. - Cook the leaves in a pan until softens. - Add boiled mashed potato,green chilli,salt and mix it well.
  2. Put wheat flour in large mixing bowl and add water,salt,ajwain and knead the flour into soft dough Make small -medium balls and roll them into 3-4 inches circle.Place the bathua mixture in center and close from all sides by applying even pressure - Now seal the dough and roll like chapati shallow fry both sides until crisp and golden.
