  2. In same oil, add cumin seeds, bay leaf and chopped onions /Onion paste and ginger garlic paste and saute all well and cook till they turn translucent.
  3. Now add salt, red chilli powder and coriander seeds and tomato puree and stir well. Now add curd and cook until oil starts separating.
  4. Cook the masala well and then add fried potatoes, add water and kasuri methi and mix all well and bring it to a boil on medium flame.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and Serve hot with roti and rice.
