  2. Provide 2 cup flour / maida
  3. Take 1 tsp sugar
  4. Take 1/2 tsp yeast

Steps to make Masala e Noodles & Kofta Pizza:
  1. Take maida, oil, yeast, salt, sugar in a bowl, slowly mix milk in it, knead well & make a soft dough of it, then grease some oil in the dough, cover it & rest the dough for around 10- 15 minutes.
  2. Except oil, mix all the ingredients mentioned in kofta section, apply some oil in your palms & make small koftas & then fry them in oil till they turn golden brown.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add onions, garlic chopped, salt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder & small amount of water & stir well. Now add chopped tomato, soya sauce & then add boiled noodles, mix it well with the masala/seasoning mixture.
  4. Then lower the flame, add the fried koftas in the noodles stir well so that koftas soak all the masala. When the gravy thickens, remove it from heat sauce.
  5. Now take the pizza dough, roll it as shown in the picture below (crust thickness will be medium). Now beat the egg in a bowl then brush egg in the pizza dough & first bake it for 15 minutes in 180℃.
  6. After 15 minutes, take out the pizza dough, spread tomato sauce, add the noodles kofta mixture, few tomato slices, chopped chilli & add some paneer slices & grated paneer then again bake it for another 15 minutes in 180℃.
  7. And your yummy Masala-e-Noodles Kofta Pizza is ready to serve. Serve it hot with tomato sauce.
