- Now take mix Dal and wash it twice in water and soak it for 4 hr's. Now boil Dal in a pressure cooker by adding little Haldi powder and little bit of salt. Wait for 2 whistle, turn off the gas.
- Now chop Onion and tomato. Place a Kadhai on the gas. Switch on the flame. Pour 3 Tablespoons of oil add choti Elaichi (Cardamom), Zeera, green chillies, Cinnamon, onion, tomato, ginger garlic paste and fry it for 3 mins.
- Add Haldi powder, red chilli powder, curry powder, salt and again fry it for 2 mins. Now add Eggs to it and fry with the masalas for 5 mins now add the boil Dal and add water to it. Turn off the gas.
- When the boil comes then add Kasuri Methi and garam masala again Boil it for 2 mins. Then it's done serve it with Paratha…
