- Ab toppings bnane ke liye sabse pehle pan me olive oil dale oil garamhone ke baad paneer ko soft hone ke liye fry kry thodi der or use nikal le. Ab usi oil me green chilli chopped add karein or chopped vegetables dal de thodi der tak soft hone de. Ab salt,garam masala,jerra powder,red chilli powder,red souce dal ke mix kar de. Aur fried paneer ko last me add kar ke mila le. Toppings reddy ho gyi hi.
- Ab base ka ata nikal le or hath ki sahayata se dough ko gol shape de thickness 1inch jitna rakhna hai.
