- Then cut paneer in the lengthwise pieces sprinkle chaat masala over all the pieces the - take small portion of the dough flat it little on your palm and place one piece of paneer in the middle
- Cover and close it from all sides give it a roll shape and make all rolls like this - Prepare all rolls then keep them in fridge for 20 an hour
- Heat oil and fry all on medium flame till brown
- Take them off
- Cut them half serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney
