There’s hope. Kids need some extra encouragement and guidance along with some of those strategies your child is sure to consume healthy.
Make a gatekeeper.
It’s very likely the easiest way to get your children to eat healthy is to eliminate the less-healthy options. Take control on what food and snack options are in your home. If a child is hungry they will eat it when there isn’t another alternative. Perhaps you have heard of a child starving to death since his parents would not feed him potato chips?
Keep healthy food in sight.
As for those less-than-good-for-you foods, keep them in high cabinets and out of your child’s reach. If you choose to have some unhealthy options in the house keep them from sight and you and your kids will be much less inclined to select them as an option.
Make healthy food convenient.
Wholesome foods, especially fruits and vegetables require little preparation that’s excellent for your’starving' kid and you. Have a fruit basket at eye level about the counter at all times or have a container with carrots and celery sticks ready to go from the fridge. You could not be aware of how many more fruits and vegetables your child will consume simply by having them visible and easy to catch.
Make learning about meals enjoyable.
Taking some of the mystery from where foods come from can work wonders for some selective eaters. Select a vegetable garden as a family endeavor and place your child in charge of watering and picking the ripe vegetables. Kids who are involved are far more inclined to be a willing participant during the ingestion procedure.

Parents often stress over how much their kids should be eating.
