- Provide For batter-
- Provide 3/4 cup Suji
- Prepare 1/2 cup curd
- Get to taste Salt
- Provide 1/2 tsp Eno
- Take 2 tbsp Beetroot boiled & grated

- Prepare For tempering-
- Get As required Oil
- Prepare 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
- Take 2 Green chillies chopped

- In a blender add beetroot, curd and blend for 2 mins to get a smooth texture.
- Next take it out this in bowl add suji to it and mix well and add water as required.
- Keep it aside for 10 mins.
- Now preheat the idli cooker and grease the plate with oil.
- After 10 mins add eno and salt in mixture and mix well.
- Now in a greased plate add batter and sprinkle coriander on top of it.
- Now steam dhoklas for 15 mins and take it out when it's completely cooked.
- In a pan add oil,mustard seeds, green chillies,curry leaves and sprinkle all over the dhokla.
