  1. Take a grinder add onion, tomato, garlic, green chilli,ginger, cumin, ajwain, fennel seeds,1-2 dry red chilli, coriander seeds, mustard seeds, peppercorns & 1tbsp water grind till smooth paste.
  2. Prick all the boiled potatoes with toothpick.
  3. Then Take a small kadhai heat oil and shallow fry boiled baby potatoes.
  4. Take a pan heat on add 1 tbsp mustard oil add bay leaf and black cardamom and dry red chilli saute for few second.
  5. Then add the grind paste and saute 7-8 minutes.
  6. Then add red chilli powder, salt, pinch of turmeric powder and add 1.5 cup water stir well.
  7. Add fried potatoes and kasuri methi.
  8. Cover the pan and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
