  2. Heat oil in a kadhai… fry the onions till light golden, then add tomatoes and cook for 2 mins, then add ginger garlic paste, and tadka masala, 1/4tsp salt and mix well. Cook for 5 mins then add cooked tadka dal… mix well… add a 1 cup water and mix. Cover lid and let it simmer.
  3. Meanwhile in another pan… heat butter and add beaten eggs with some salt and pepper. Make scrambled egg and add this to the tadka dal… garnish with some chopped coriander slit green chillies and serve hot.
