- Make a paste of tomato and green chilli.
- Make a paste of ono,garlic and ginger.
- In a pan hot 2 tbsp oil and add cumin seeds till crackled.
- Now add whole garam masala.
- Now add onion garlic paste and cook for 2-3 mins
- Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt and again cook for 2-3 mins.
- When it leaves the oil add tomato paste and cook for 2 mins.
- Now add milk and cream and cook for 1-2 mins.
- Now add garam masala powder and crushed kasoori methi and mix them well and turn off the heat.
- Now place all fried potatoes in a serving bowl and on potatoes pour the gravy.
