  1. Mix all dry ingredients than make soft dough using curd if required add water slowly and put oil to make it non sticky. Knead the dough for 5-10 min it should be very soft. Now put some oil on dough and cover it with wet clothe and put it at rest for 1 hr. - After 1 hr knead it again for 2 -5 min.
  2. 2..Boil the tomato in covered pan for 5-10 min. Check it after some time, if skin is removable than switch off the flame. Cool the tomato remove skin and make pure of it.Now take a pan heat up some oil, put garlic saute it for a minute. Now add onion saute it till translucent. Now add tomato pure followed by salt, chilli powder, oregano and chilli flakes. Cover it and cook for 2- 5 min. Sauce is ready.
  3. 3..For assembling of pizza: Divide the dough into 2 equal portions and make balls. Now take a ball dust the floor with maida and roll it with rolling pin little thick. - Now take a pizza plate grease it with butter and place the base on it. Make holes using fork. Spread pizza sauce followed by mozerella chees and topping of capsicum, onion snd paneer. Again spread some cheese. Sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano.
  4. 4..Now bake the pizza at 180 degree for 15-20 min. Check the pizza base after 15 min. It should be golden brown base. So if not done decrease the temperature to 160 and again bake it for 5 min.Pizza is ready to serve. Enjoy….
