  1. Soak rajma for 12 hrs/overnight.Wash properly add required water, oil,haldi,salt, cloves and cinnamon stick &pressure cook for 5 whistles.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add cloves, cinnamon followed by onions, tomatoes,ginger,garlic and cashews.Cook on high to medium flame until done.
  3. Once cool down grind into fine paste.
  4. Heat ghee & oil in a kadai and add all the spices (red chilli powder, coriander powder,turmeric, cumin powder, asafoetida, and kasuri methi).
  5. Saute for a minute.It's time to add onion tomato paste and saute for 2min.
  6. Now add rajma along with water followed by paneer and cook for 12 -15min on low flame.
  7. Garnish with fresh cream and coriander.
