- Firstly, boil everything in a pan. (Tomato, cashews, muskmelon seeds, cloves, peppercorns, cardamoms, garlic, cinnamon stick) for 10 minutes. After boiling cool them and grind with whole masala's.
- Now take heavy bottom kadai heat oil and bay leaf ginger paste saute for a minute. Add grind tomato paste saute for 10-12 minutes.
- Now add coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, kitchen king powder, salt mix well. Add pinch of red colour mix well.
- Now add vinegar and paneer triangles mix well cook for 10 minutes.
- Now add fresh cream mix well heat off.
- Sprinkle crushed fenugreek leaves.
- Serve with hot jeera rice.
- Plain Jeera Rice:- Boil 2 cup water in a pan.. After 6-7 minutes sprinkle Cumin seeds, salt, coriender leaves mix well. Now add Wash and soaked 1 cup rice cooked till tender. Drain the water. and Serve.
