  1. Cut the paneer and shimla mirch and onion in cubes
  2. Take bowl add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chat masala, black pepper powder, black salt, normal salt, kasuri methi and roasted gram flour, tandori masala and mix well
  3. Add oil and lemon juice mix well to make a thick and smooth paste
  4. Marinade the paneer, capsicum and onion petals for 2 hours in refrigerator.
  5. Thread paneer cubes, capsicum and onion petal into a skewer and its ready to grill
  6. Heat the tawa, add spoonfull butter roast it on medium hot tawa or grill it in oven or tandoor
  7. Also Spread butter in all over the tawa and keep rotating, roast it from.all sides
  8. Now to give tandoori look or smoky flavour,roast it on flame for 15 to 20 second
  9. And its ready to seve with mint chutney
