  2. Clean cow skin in and out,then soak in salt water till you are ready to use
  3. Wash ofals/assortedmeat very well,then season with ginger,garlic,onions,seasoning cube and salt(cook for about 30-40minutes)because I like it very soft
  4. Now put a clean pot on the cooker add your palm oil and vegetable oil,when it's hot you add chopped ginger,garlic and onions and fry till it's golden brown,make sure it doesn't get burnt then add your smoothly blended pepper
  5. Now add seasoning cube and salt and cover to cook for about 20minutes
  6. After 20minutes add cow skin and assortedmeat with a little beat of stock water then cook till oil start to flow on top of the stew
