  6. Pop the vegetables on skewers.
  7. Heat a griddle pan. Pour a teaspoon oil. Spread it on the pan with a tissue.
  8. Heat the skewers in the pan evenly. Pour little drops of melted butter occasionally for flavour.
  9. Serve with green mint chutney or tamarind chutney.
