- Take a wok. Heat butter add mustard seeds let it crackle add chopped garlic and saute for 1 min
- Add chopped curry leaves, onion, green chilli and a pinch of hing powder, fry till golden brown in low medium heat.
- Now add grated beetroot,salt, haldi powder, red Chilli powder, and boiled groundnuts seeds. Fry till all the water evaporates.
