- Take one pan. Keep it on medium flame. Add oil when heated add cumin seeds. When cracked add chopped onion, green chilli and salt
- Roast till onion turns it's colour than add gram flour and let gram flour saute for min than add tomato puree
- Allow tomato puree saute properly. Than add finely cut cashew nuts and messed kasuri methi. Allow them to saute for while
- Than add masale.. turmeric, red chilli powder, danhiya powder and salt(if needed) mix well
- Than add paneer to the gravy. Mix well and cover the lid of pan. Keep it on low flame. So all masale mix well with paneer.
- After few mins add garammasala again mix well. And keep on low flame for a min
- After a min paneer burji is ready to serve.
