  1. Take a bowl add dry ingredients Basan,sugi, salt,Maggi masala and sugar mix it well.after that add curd and lemon juice,chilli & ginger paste add same water make a smooth paste.
  2. After that devied two part one part as is another one add peas paste mix it well
  3. Take a another bowl mix beetroot,coconut, pepper, salt
  4. Add backing powder and ENO in both Basan mixture
  5. Take a small katori grece with oil pour 2 tsp green paste add beetroot paste after that cover yellow Basan paste.
  6. Take a cooker add some water small stand and cover it.
  7. Place small katori which is having dhokla paste in the cooker and steam it for 10 minutes.
  8. After 10 mints take out katori dhokla.
  9. Prepare tadka,take a pan add oil heat then add mustard seed, green chilli,curry leaves after one- two mints take remove from gas stove and add sugar water syrup
  10. Pour tadka on ready dhokla and then it is ready for serving.
