  1. Take 2 cups maida
  2. Use 1 cup suji
  3. Take 1/2 tsp salt
  4. Use as needed Ghee
  5. Prepare as needed Orange and yellow food colour
  6. Provide as needed Sugar syrup
  7. You need 3-4 tsp Lemon juice
  8. Prepare 2 tbspn cornflour/maida
Steps to make Pakatle chirote:
  1. Take maida, suji,salt, ghee and water and knead a dough. Divide the dough and add food colour and make colour doughs. Make sugar syrup and add lemon juice and stirr and keep aside.
  2. Make paste of ghee and cornflour/maida. Roll out rotis of both colours.
  3. Take yellow colour roti apply ghee paste and lay another colour roti then apply paste and lay again yellow colour roti. Repeat till 3 rotis layeror 5. Roll the layer rotis.
  4. Cut the roll with knife and take each piece and press and roll slightly from flattened side.
  5. Deep fry and dip them in sugar syrup and let it soak for few minutes and remove and garnish with almond flakes.
