  4. Take 1.5 Cup grated beetroot

  13. Provide 1 Tsp oil
Instructions to make Beetroot Paratha:
  1. Let’s take oil in a pan. Once it is hot, add ginger paste, slit green chilli and sauté well.
  2. Now add grated beetroot, salt and sauté for 2 mins. Once it is half cooked then add 2 tbsp water, cover it with lid and cook it for 10 mins.
  3. Once it is cooked, switch off the gas and let it cool completely. Now transfer it to the blender and make a fine paste and keep it aside.
  4. Now take a wheat flour in a bowl, add cumin powder, garam masala, dry mango powder, carom seeds, salt and mix it well. Now add beetroot paste, chopped coriander and knead dough.knead it for 5 mins and add water if required. Make a smooth and soft dough. Put 1 tsp oil on a dough, Grease it well and leave it for 15 mins.
  5. Now knead it slightly after 15 mins and make a small size balls to roll the slightly thick paratha and cook it on the pan with the oil on it and repeat the steps to make all paratha’s. Now the beetroot paratha’s are ready and serve them hot with peas tomato curry for its great taste.
