  1. Take a paneer and cut in square shape sprinkle salt red chilly and turmeric powder mix well n merinate for 15-20 min put in fridge

  3. Hot pan with 2tsp oil add cumin seed after crackel add hing and laung, daalchini, bayleaf, elachi stir inslow flame add garlic ginger paste stir well then add fine chopped onion roaste well untill.brown color of onion add chopped tometo saute well in slow flame
  4. Take a nonstick pan add 2tsp ghee merinate paneer saute untill light brown aNd keep a side
  5. Pan of masala Green chilly in to masala saute 2min add rosted gram flour in grevy add some spices and salt as oer taste in grevy saute well in slow flame
  6. Add curd and paneer with ghee add kasoori methi and fresh corinader
  7. Serve with lachha paratha raita salad and paneer masala dhaba style
