  8. Letakkan loyang pada oven bawah. Panggang di oven bersuhu 150°C selama 15 menit dengan api rendah.
  9. Keluarkan adonan, tunggu hingga uap hilang, olesi dengan bahan olesan 2-3x. Beri topping keju.
  10. Panggang kembali selama 15 menit dengan suhu 140°C pada oven atas sampai berwarna keemasan. Nastar lumer siap d sajikan.
