- Top with the bread . Mix the milk and the egg and pour this over the top of the bread
- Bake in oven on middle setting for about an hour or until bread is golden brown
- Sprinkle over the wild garlic if yiu like .You can eat this hot or cold . Serve instead of plain boiled potatoes cut into tennis ball size. Serve with a salad or with meat if you like.
